Thank you for shopping at ikocat.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver our products to you.

1. Product Types and Delivery Methods

We offer two types of products with different delivery methods:

Digital Products:

  • Health education guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources
  • Delivered electronically via email with download link
  • No physical shipping required

Physical Products:

  • Print-on-demand customizable items
  • Shipped via standard postal/courier services
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected

2. Digital Product Delivery

Delivery Time: Instant to 24 hours

  • Download links are typically sent to your email within minutes of order confirmation
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 1 hour
  • Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your digital products
  • No physical items will be shipped for digital-only orders
  • Digital products do not require a shipping address

Issues with Digital Delivery: If you do not receive your download link or experience technical difficulties, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of purchase.


3. Physical Product Shipping

Processing Time: 3-7 business days

  • Physical products are made to order and require production time before shipping
  • Processing begins after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after production (if available)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after production (if available)

International Shipping:

  • International Standard: 10-21 business days after production
  • Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control

Note: Delivery estimates do not include production time. Total time from order to delivery = Processing time (3-7 days) + Shipping time.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods
  • Digital products have no shipping charges

5. Shipping Addresses

Accuracy is Important:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting hello@ikocat.com
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

We Ship To:

  • All 50 United States and territories
  • International destinations (select countries)
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Important for International Customers:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more information
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned

8. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for lost packages

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you
  • You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order
  • Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any restocking fees

9. Order Cancellations

Digital Products:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the download link is accessed
  • Once downloaded, orders cannot be cancelled

Physical Products:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Contact us immediately at cancel@ikocat.com to request cancellation

10. Combined Orders (Digital + Physical)

If your order contains both digital and physical products:

  • Digital products will be delivered immediately via email
  • Physical products will ship separately according to the processing and shipping times above
  • You will receive separate confirmations for each delivery method

11. Holidays and Peak Seasons

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays and peak shopping seasons
  • We will notify customers of any expected delays
  • Please order early during holiday periods to ensure timely delivery
